• Username and password (encrypted)
• Device ID for registration
• Room status and guest data (display only, from the hotel system)
• Local settings (language, theme)

4. Purpose of Processing

Data processing is carried out exclusively to support and perform hotel operations (in particular housekeeping and room management).

5. Storage

• Local storage of access credentials
• No permanent storage of guest data on the device

6. Data Transmission

Data is transmitted exclusively between the app and the hotel system.

7. Disclosure

No personal data is disclosed to third parties.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data. Your point of contact is the respective hotel operator.

9. Deletion

When the app is reset or uninstalled, locally stored data is removed.
